2. Website delivery and security
Opening a page or downloading game files sends your IP address, request time, requested URL and technical browser information to the hosting infrastructure. These data are needed to deliver the website and defend it against abuse. We use Cloudflare Pages, CDN and serverless functions, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technical request data for delivery and security. Our basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
We do not add our own access-log database or user profiles. Cloudflare controls storage periods for infrastructure and security data under its applicable terms. Data may be processed outside the EEA; Cloudflare describes its transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, in its data processing addendum and privacy policy.
3. Browser game and local storage
The browser demo runs on your device. It uses browser storage, including IndexedDB, for local game data and saves. It may also cache files to support loading. This is necessary to provide the game you request; section 25(2)(2) TDDDG applies to technically necessary access or storage on your device. Any associated personal-data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, to provide the requested demo. No account or cloud save service is provided by this website. Saves remain until removed by you or your browser. Private browsing or clearing website data can delete them. The downloaded game manages its saves on your computer.
4. Analytics, cookies and embedded content
We have not integrated PostHog, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or a third-party analytics script. There is no newsletter, payment form or user account. Fonts, images, the trailer and game files are served through our own website infrastructure. Watching the trailer does not load a YouTube player. Hosting providers can process technical request information even without a marketing analytics script.
5. Email and bug reports
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use them to answer your request and investigate reported issues, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 6(1)(b) applies where the request concerns a contract. Messages are kept while needed to handle the request, unless a legal retention obligation or a specific need to retain evidence applies. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in bug reports.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Contact the controller above. You can complain to a supervisory authority, including the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority.
7. Changes
We will update this notice when website functions or data processing change. Any future non-essential tracking will require its own legal assessment and, where required, consent before activation.
